Make Your Shipping Boxes Look New!

Are you tired of using boxes that have someone else’s name printed on them? Here is an easy trick that makes old boxes look new.

You can add your imprint or custom label with your company name and logo to the side of the box.

If done properly this will give you a very professional look. If any of your employees have some down time this chore can be done on a weekly basis allowing you to stockpile “new” boxes ready for packing or shipping.

Boxes are expensive and the cost of having new boxes shipped to you is too. Save yourself some money, use the boxes to advertise your business and make yourself look professional with this neat little trick.

I’m sure you get plenty of mill boxes from your vendors. As shown in the photos below all you have to do to make the boxes look new is:

1. Cut the box with a box cutter down the side seam.
2. Cut the tape off the box to flatten it out. Turn the box inside out Re-tape it carefully down the cut seam and bottom.
3. Tape down the side that was cut open
4. And here's your new box...

Using clear tape should help make any tape marks disappear. If you are using colored tape make sure you cut your pieces the same size since you are trying to make the box look new. It would defeat the purpose of what you are doing if the tape you put on the box is uneven and unattractive. Make sure you securely re-tape the box before adding your label or logo to the box.
