A totally new training course will soon be released from ASPA Institute. ASPA Institute is the training division of American Screen Printing Association, Inc.
ASPA's successful 'Diploma in Screen Printing' course has been completely updated and revised. This unique training course in screen printing is the first of its kind--a totally online course combining 'Ebook' text content with 'see how it's done' videos for learning the craft of screen printing. Unlike most screen printing training courses, the basics of business (for those who want to start up their own print shop) are taught along with many advanced topics pertaining to screen printing t-shirts and other imprintable products. The course is structured to take a beginner through the entire screen printing process in easy, step-by-step manner.
Students who wish to learn screen printing from anywhere in the world can enroll. The course has been in development for several months and launch of the new course is planned for January of 2016.
ASPA Institute students will have easy access to all training materials by simply visiting the website. The option to participate in 'hands-on' training at a real, working screen printing shop is an ASPA exclusive. Students can choose from several ASPA member print shops throughout the United States to participate in the hands-on training portion of the course. ASPA Screen Printer Certification is part of the program and a requirement for graduation. To make it easy for students to enroll, ASPA will offer an easy 'three payment' tuition plan.
The Diploma in Screen Printing course has been available since September 2013 and has had enrollees throughout the United States and Canada.
