Fast Accurate Bids releases its updated apparel decorating estimating software.
With Fast Accurate Bids, screen printers, embroiderers and other apparel decorators can create finished, professional-looking bids quickly and easily. The new software release adds the ability to export bids as an Excel spreadsheet, which now makes it easy to copy bid information from Fast Accurate Bids into QuickBooks and other applications.
Fast Accurate Bids comes with a range of built-in pricing, which can be used without changes, or easily modified to match their company’s current pricing. Multiple pricing profiles can be created for different types of customers, such as retail pricing, special customer pricing, contract printing, and estimated costs.
Another great feature is the built-in connector to apparel suppliers’ price lists. Supplier connectors are currently available for SanMar, American Apparel and alphabroder at no extra charge, with more supplier’s connectors to come. These supplier price lists are easily downloaded from within the program to keep item prices up-to-date. Also, any item, from any supplier, can be added to the Custom Items list, and used and re-used in the bids.
Other features provided in the new release are an enhanced pricing options for embroidery and other decorations like DTG, sublimation and vinyl, and the ability to conveniently hide item costs while doing bids with a customer watching the process.
Fast Accurate Bids costs $297. The program is Windows based, working on any PC with Windows 7, 8.1, or Windows 10. There is no monthly fee and free customer support. A free, 30-Day, fully functional trial is available from www.FastAccurateBids.com.
